Terrible app . My tickets never appeared . Booked in advance only to find they got the ticket wrong

Absolutely rubbish, impossible to us won’t accept my details because I’m foreign.

Poor app. I wanted to make a complaint. Filled in my details but the app insists I must have been born in Italy. It will not let me change it. Poor service in August 2024. A rail replacement bus service is in operation between Ponte San Pietro and Bergamo due to engineering works. Fair enough. What is really poor is NO signposts showing where you take the bus from. So we queued, with about 10 other people at the bus stop that says “Course per Bergamo”. There was a bus there that shot off as we all approached. Turns out that was the drop off area and that bus that shot off was heading to the pick up area to Bergamo, which is on the other side of a small industrial block but out of sight. So we had to ask the next bus driver who came along 15 minutes later and then we had a 40 minute unnecessary wait, all for the lack of signposts from the station. Very poor Tren Nord.

Non ha la modalità “Guest”, sei forzato a registrarti, e se selezioni la AMEX per pagare (carta aziendale per ovvi motivi) ti esce una finestra (chiaramente esterna all’app, di Unicredit tra l’altro ma vabbeh) con modulo di inserimento dati che non ti permette di usare il sistema di autoriempimento campi del telefono, forzandoti a tirare fuori la carta di credito in mezzo alla gente e inserire i dati manualmente così. Un capolavoro di UX. Complimentoni!

Cannot read my notifications

Can’t log in says password incorrect then the captcha incorrect I tried 100 times and i was entering ot correctly. Frustrated.

This is a clunky unreliable app. In a number of ways. These are two which I have found to my annoyance: 1. Credit card details seem to be impossible to amend once one credit card is saved to the app. If you want to change the card you pay with you have to enter all the details (number, expiry, name , vide) every time all the credit card details. 2. If you want to message customer services for help, it is not possible to tick/check the box to confirm you understand the data use requirements. Therefore yiu are blocked from Sending the message.
