Trezor Suite Lite FAQ
Is Trezor Suite Lite free?
Yes, Trezor Suite Lite is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Trezor Suite Lite legit?
⚠️ The Trezor Suite Lite app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
The app always shows “0” balance. No matter what advice I get or try the error still occurs in this app. I can see balances in the wallet itself and totals at bottom of portfolio tracker but total balance at top of portfolio tracker ALWAYS shows zero. Disappointing. It’s the only reason I use this app: to see my total balance easily :(
No ERC-20 token support
Very undeveloped app, no support to track ERC-20 tokens. Needs serious improvement in order to compete with the user friendliness of other hardware wallets apps such as Ledger.
Does not show staking balances
I staked 1 ETH and after 24 hrs, the transaction was confirmed. Now in the mobile app, I just see an ETH deduction but no staking amount. In fact, my overall balance now shows less because of the ETH I have staked. I use the app frequently to keep tabs on my balances, and I would expect to see how much ETH I have staked and my rewards as they come in. I don’t like the idea of having to plug in my Trezor anytime I want to check my staking balance.
Stopped showing
Update 05/31/2024
Latest update fixed the portfolio balance issue. Now shows the balance of all crypto in the suite. Thank you!
This app needs a lot of attention. I know your working on things and adding more coins and tokens. I don’t see any reason why portfolio balance will not show. It keeps spinning saying retrieving data. It shows everything separately but the main balance is not working. Please keep working on this. iOS is kind of on the short list here. Still 3 stars for the effort and hopefully continued progress. Best regards. Updated review, 04/29/2024, Just updated to the latest patch. This app still does not show portfolio balance. States retrieving data. Shows individual assets but won’t update the total balance. iPhone 14 latest firmware. Still 3stars. Thank you for the latest update and continued work. Looking forward to the next patch!
Help please
Will i one day be able to plug in my trezor to my iphone? Do i really need to buy another phone, please at least add bluetooth for those who want it.
Some issues
Like the app, but am finding that in the “My Assets” page, the dollar/btc balances are not updating. When I drill into a particular asset/account I do see the correct balance so not sure why the my assets page does not report correctly.
Does what I need
This is a nice little app to check your balance
Without booting up my computer.
All I need is to see my wallets, nothing more.
A perfect companion for a cold storage wallet.
DO NOT USE
NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. FUNDS STUCK ON THE HARDWARE WALLET AND NO ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THEM ABOUT A FIX. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!
Would be nice to be able to see more
It does what it’s supposed to do, but you can only view the balance of one address. If you go with Trezor’s regenerating of wallet addresses, your desktop app can show you all of them but you can only pick one to view in the mobile app. I was hoping it would be like the desktop application where I can see everything
Choose another wallet
There should be a proactive warning that this app shows an error message — showing no backend data available — if a VPN is also in use. It took weeks of working with IT to uncover this.
