Sindssygt fed app! Savner dog, at man kan lave individuelle sets på personlige programmer. fx. at tilføje alle 3 vægte jeg tager på bænk, så jeg kan holde styr på proggression

Rigtig god og velfungerende app, især når man kan lave sit eget program! Kæmpe fan! Det eneste lille sidenote - når man kører sit program igennem, kunne det være rart at få at vide man kørte i kilo i den forrige træning, for det er lidt problematisk at skulle gå ud af et igangværende træningset, for at kunne mindes om hvad man tog i den forrige træning af kilo…
Funktion til træning af bestemte muskelgrupper
Klart en god app, som giver inspiration til folk som ønsker at træne👍🏻 Eneste jeg ville give et råd er, at man måske kunne lave en funktion som giver råd til de forskellige muskelgrupper. Altså sådan en funktion man trykker på også kan man vælge okay i dag vil jeg træne de her to ting.
