For some reason the app logged me off and now I cannot login to my account there’s no option for “Help” to press for this kind of situations unfortunately now I cannot book my appointment through this app. Also if you try creating new account it doesn’t work
App don’t work - can’t login to the account and no word as to when this will be fixed.
Atrocious app doesn’t work and every time you want to sign in it gives you an error message. SORT IT OUT! Definitely will not be using this service again and would not recommend it to anyone major loss of business through this!

I came to this app with high expectations. The UI is clunky for the user. It doesn’t allow me to book my kids on my account even though they don’t have bank accounts- the app owners prefer individual customers even though it doesn’t work for families with young children. Response from the support in the app has been slow and radio silence at times. It has so much potential for the user and somehow not meeting user needs! The great part is the barber I use in Pro- excellent cuts and service!
