Many quirks . On iPhone it can not get past a simple task like uploading a pic to submit a flex benefit. Commuter receipt. After selection of pic you can review the pic but there is no option to proceed. Just 'cancel' or 'manage' which brings you back to step 1. Contact button for HELP does not activate. Basically Trinet wants you to endlessly search user forums or their own outdated data. Good luck.

They just updated October 2024 and it finally works after months of it not working. Thanks

Their last update to this app was 9months ago. Doesn’t suppose iOS18, can’t use it for work which is a huge inconvenience.

Once I updated the app, it only opens and doesn’t load. I am unable to use the app now.
