Great
Quick pickup-friendly driver. Good food at Spice on Magnolia.
I have tried to install this app several times with no luck, after I enter the code sent to my phone I get an error from Zipzone informing me they are experiencing issues, I have tried this process several times with installing the app getting the same results… This app is the textbook definition of insanity. It’s time to scrap this app design and development and start over, not for sure if VIA designed this app or if they contracted it out but either way their IT department should be fired. If your app is this poorly constructed, I would hate to see how the actual service works.
A1 quality pickup Ong 🙏🏿🙏🏿
Your one driver Aline B has a very bad attitude and she’s very rude and doesn’t do her job properly..!
This service has helped me out greatly since I lost my car. The cars are always pretty much clean and comfortable and the drivers I’ve had are really nice and helpful.
Great app! I had a little trouble setting up my account as a student, but requesting a ride was the easiest of any app I have ever used. And, that is amazing coming from a deaf person who is used to multiple obstacles when communicating with the rest of the hearing world. Fast (in 3 minutes) I was picked up! Wow! Got to my destination 15 minutes early. Refreshing in this day and time. Friendly driver, recognizable vehicle. I recommend using!
My first ride was perfect. He picked me up on time, was very friendly, got me to my destination safely. Awesome service!
Amazing concept. Extremely effective and efficient. Other cities should utilize this concept.
This is not how you buy TexRail tickets. That’s GoPass. Why Trinity Metro has two…no idea.
