Hilarious and informative, 10/10. Also: a really great design, easy to use, loads of great music and podcasts.

We’ve all heard the “download our app” while listening to triple j in the car and ignored it along with the damaging mounds of spam/ advertising our lives are bombarded with. Decided to download the app after getting home with groceries so I could continue the fabulous vibe Abby & Tyrone created for me in the car while I cooked dinner. OMG! I’m blown away, should have done this ages ago! Taking my time to cook an epic meal while I sip on a few bourbons and use this fantastic app. Have found a dozen or more songs to download into my car list for travel in the bush when I lose radio reception that I had forgotten the name of or forgotten all together. Love it 😍 thanks Triple j team!

Whenever you add a song to your Spotify from the app, two empty playlists are autogenerated titled “My Hottest 100 2021 Shortlist” and “Found on the triple j app”. This is an immensely frustrating roadblock in what is otherwise a really great app. I can’t count the number of these playlists I have had to delete, as the app does not recognise that they already exist and will generate “Found on the triple j app (1)” if you try and add multiple songs from the triple j app at the same time, creating heaps of extra empty playlists in my library. Very annoying.

The latest update has a glitch where none of the double j programs show up to view on demand. The triple j and unearthed programs do but you can only listen to double j live. Please fix so I can catch up on my favourite double j programs!!

It used to be easy to find a show from your preferred channel, but it is now hopeless. Example - to to find Eleven: used to be select Double J, All Programs, scroll to Eleven. Now it’s… where? Double J just comes up blank? The search is useless…

Not a diss. just letting you know that everything glitches and goes unreadable inside the radio tab at the bottom, every time I try to scroll. I’m also using an iPhone 8

Why did you take away the option to text triple j through the app? It was so convenient. Now I have to search for the number if I want to text in. Also the pop up when you open the app is annoying.

Dispense with the woke opening acknowledgement. Love triple j’s music but hate how woke it’s become over these last 10 years changing the date of the Hottest 100 and now making you acknowledge a meaningless gesture before using the app. It is divisive not inclusive. Stick to music and stop wasting taxpayer funds making yourselves feel virtuous.

Every time I go to play one of the shows/programs it crashes. Tried reinstalling and it works the first time then starts crashing again.
