This is a great app when it doesn’t kick you out so your having to re put your number in to send you a code and keep doing it till you are back in

Can you bring back the push notifications on when the driver is on the way? That was really helpful

Tried this app so many time but never works ! So Uber it is as always! It’s unfortunate local taxi company can’t make things work!

Paying by card feature never ever works have to constantly call up 😒

The street names on the maps are too small making it difficult to track where the taxi is

Can’t register as there is always some error code or something. Already registered twice but after a while it logs me out and can’t get back in. I like to pay in card for convenience but having to use a different taxi service when I haven’t got cash

The service that triple 20 give is wonderful I can’t fault it!! The app however is a waste of time. Over 24 hours now I’ve been trying to sign back into my account but it won’t let me due to the sms code they send being “expired” despite it being typed in seconds after I receive it.

Considering me and my brother are daily users of the company the speed of the service and drives getting to me was appalling in the past few months I booked a taxi and was told 15 minutes, 45 minutes later and I’m still sat waiting. Need to pick up pace on your drivers
