方便的專車接送服務
這是一個專車接送服務的叫車平台，發現這個平台後第一次使用，前往機場接送的司機和車輛，都讓人感到滿意和放心，推薦有叫車需求的人可以使用看看。
值得推薦的服務！
因為家人年紀較大，已經不太適合自己從搭火車、高鐵再轉捷運到桃園機場，在網路正好看到tripool 的介紹，嘗試使用並詢問平台多點接送的計費方式，客服很有效率的回復問題，家人搭車後也是有良好的回饋，使用折扣碼後也多省NT 100，有需求的可以考慮使用。

非常好的一次體驗
使用旅步訂車非常簡單，只是我第一次使用，錯過了提早安排可以有更優惠的價格，雖然臨時費用會比較高，但就很順利的訂到車子載送家人，之後有機會叫車也會優先考慮使用！
預定方便，但遇到問題無法有效處理
前面八趟預定都很順利。這次出國接機APP沒有顯示已訂購訂單，回國前重複又預定了一筆，一直到當天查閱email才發現重複預定，對於習慣使用APP管理的人要特別注意。另外，遇到緊急狀況，客服處理可能沒這麼即時。
駕駛👍
因為很臨時（不到24小時）需要一台機場接送，訂購時線上文字客服非常專業、有耐心，發生一些小插曲，也是很有效率解決。 當天來的駕駛非常親切、專業，不管是車子外觀、內裝到駕駛的服裝都非常乾淨簡潔 這間可推👍
方便好預定
用APP可以隨時預定，介面設計人性化，可以符合多種需求，也很適合機場接送
很清爽的服務
司機態度普遍不錯，收費合理，算業界頂級了
