Love the live updates and being able to see the train location and next destination. You can’t save your trip so you check in anytime to see where you are. If you leave or close the app, you have to search for the trip again and have to remember the time it left.

Really good, told exact times, warned me when the train skipped my stop, notifications were even better. Never had difficulty catching a train to or from suburbs. Most helpful thing ever 🤩

I like its ease of use, but if I check it then a couple min later get to the station and need to check which platform I have to start over. It needs to hold that previous look up.

I love this transport App. Has always been reliable and as long as have the wifi, can easily track buses, trains and metro. Just what I need ❤️😁

I’ve had enough of waiting for the train that never seems to arrive on time, or arrive 2 minutes earlier. It’s become a routine of endless delays, and the lack of communication from the staff only makes it worse. I’ve stood at the platform for what feels like hours, watching every other mode of transportation come and go, while the train I need is always “delayed” or “running late.” The lack of consistency and reliability is frustrating, especially when you’ve planned your day around it. I’ve had meetings, appointments, and even social events ruined because I couldn’t rely on this service. That said, once the train finally does show up, it’s honestly not half bad. It’s clean, comfortable, and the ride itself is smooth. The staff are generally polite, and when you do get to your destination, the trip is pretty efficient. But honestly, the delays are a dealbreaker, and I can’t help but wonder how much better this experience could be if they just figured ou the timing. I just don’t understand why something so basic can’t be handled better. It’s good once you’re on it, but the stress of waiting is a whole different story.

It is literally like the best app it makes my life way more easier because you don’t have to worry.

App Said train was leaving at 10:19 and it left at 10:17, missed my train and couldn’t get home.
