We were given a bird camera for Christmas. Have all set up but no birds just yet. I put a question about leaving the solar panel plugged in all the time on the chat and had a great, thorough reply quite fast! So… so far so good!

I’m using the app for the bird feeder camera. I’m impressed with the quality of the camera and the feeder. The locals are really enjoying it. The combo tray and perch-style feeder really gets a large variety of feathered friends. The camera’s image is good quality. The feeder and camera were easy to setup and it sensitively captures motion. However, the app could use some usability improvements. In particular: 1. Enable a ‘sleep’ feature so the camera doesn’t constantly go off when I’m out in the yard; 2. Add preview images to the notifications. 3. Allow clicks on notifications to take you directly to the snapshot or video in the app.

The feeder/camera connected for a few days… then it ran out of charge on a cloudy day… and went off line… it won’t go back online… yes I have a 2.4 ghz… the camera says it connected to my network successfully but the blue outline QR code in the app just keeps moving and never connects… I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled… still not working… since the camera connects but app does not (it did before)… sounds like an app issue.

I disconnected it because I was having a hard time getting alert notifications to my phone. It took me an hour just to scan the QR code because it wasnt reading it. I had to reset it 5 times for it to work Once I got it to work, I checked it the next day and the app is not loading, it continues to keep loading at 99% I also don't have an option to see the AI bird identy option as well

It took a little bit of work to connect to our wifi and figure out the best placement for our feeder, but the results have been tremendous. It’s been a lot of fun for our family

This company should just advise the cloud service is REQUIRED to do anything. Nothing really worked until I added the cloud service, then it recorded and displayed the birds. The identification is a nice feature but not really accurate. The same blue jay has been referred to as at least 5 different types of birds. The controls are clumsy and not intuitive. It would be nice to filter out the recordings from the initial camera alert rather than after the fact. Hundreds of loitering videos intermixed with a few bird videos. I can filter for just the bird videos, but why? How about set it so it only captures videos of the birds. If not, at least be able to have the app default to a certain view. So when I look at the video it’s only showing the bird videos. Improvements would make this app even better. Also, about every three days the feeder loses connection. The help service recommended I reset the device. The device wouldn’t reset but somehow reconnected. Odd.

This software is completely unintuitive to use and be careful about buying the cloud storage, this is a Chinese company! China’s dictator just announced plans to increase harm to enemies via cybercrime which includes USA and citizens. Their gov can access this security and personal data you give them for this service.

I have the bird feeder camera and it was easy to set up using my iPhone and has a good picture. Unfortunately I cannot use it either my IPad as the page layout is too wide to enable me to enter data and select the agreement button. This should be a simple fix. It would be nice if the image could shift to Kandy mode also.

I received this bird feeder for Christmas. Bird feeder was easy to set up. However, the app is horrible. I have allowed notifications yet am never notified when a bird lands. I purchased a cloud service plan, AI doesn’t identify the birds even when checking video in the app. I am so disappointed. Friends and family received smart feeders from other manufacturers and it is identifying and altering them with no issue. If you are looking for a smart feeder I would not recommend this one due to the poor functioning of the app it uses.

Gets stuck trying to load itself. Has problems with mesh routers. Only works with subscriptions. Not only there are bugs I can’t run around translating the response
