Selling out of stock items
Their website is driving people to their app with a discount code offer. Problem is the app is not current on out of stock items. It took 4 days to learn my order was unavailable. They originally only refunded purchase price, I had to ask for a refund on shipping also. I ordered a second dress from them and was told NOT to use the app to order because they are aware of the issue but are not fixing it. Now I’m getting daily emails from the west house manager asking if I want a different size of the original purchase or a refund. I already received the refund! This company does have beautiful dresses, but they do not have their business together!!! Especially on the app! If you do order on the app, check the stock on the website first before ordering. It appears the website is accurate. But the coupon code is on the app. 🙄
