No puedo introducir el VIN, me dice que no existe. Y cuando quiero meter un dígito, me vuelve a la pantalla anterior. No se puede usar la app!

Cuando la descargué e intenté acceder a los 90 días de prueba gratuita por ser propietario de una Triumph, la app no reconocía el VIN de mi moto. Tras la reciente actualización, lo he vuelto a intentar y ha sido un suplicio. Para introducir el VIN, cada vez que marcaba un dígito, la app volvía a la pantalla anterior y cuando terminé de introducirlo y seguir con el proceso para los 90 días de prueba gratuita, me llegó un mensaje de Apple diciendo que había pagado 4,99 € en concepto de suscripción a la app por 30 días. Señores, si la app no está lista y en perfectas condiciones de uso, no la lancen al mercado. Espero que solucionen los problemas porque, realmente, puede ser muy útil pero, a la vez, deberían de considerar bajar el precio de la suscripción, 4,99 € al mes se me hace cara.

This app is fantastic. It makes me feel much safer when riding and gives my family reassurance that if I do have an off, help is on the way immediately. It’s always reliable and I never experience any performance issues. Highly recommend.

I have been riding a triumph motorcycle for 13yrs. When Triumph release this amazing application it changed the way I ride. Now you have that peace of mind that no matter where you go, or how far you travel you will always have their state of the art accident protection looking out for you. So riding solo is not a big concern anymore for myself or wife, knowing that Triumph SOS has by back on every ride. Also you have extra bonuses with route recording and also group ride. I highly recommend this app for anyone who rides.

I tried signing up 18 months ago for the free period and it took a few emails to resolve because it wasn’t recognising certain vin numbers. However, once that was sorted it is great peace of mind for me and my family, especially as I often ride alone. I have a really rare blood type and other issues and I’ve put in all of my medication and details, which a responder might need, to treat me safely, again peace of mind. Paying monthly it’s easy to turn it off in Nov and add it again in March. I also know it works because one day, with phone in pocket, I couldn’t get my jacket off quick enough. A wasp had gone down my back and I was wrestling it off, shaking it and I threw it on the floor and the app started counting down to make a call & cancelled it in time.

No issues with VIN - it seemed to work while on the 3 month trial but since paying the monthly subscription I have the same problem as Dr Banana fed back to you - I select ride, then protect etc but absolutely nothing happens - there’s no start button on screen anywhere to get things going (iPhone 8) Will have to stop subscribing if I can’t use it 🙄 Ok. After following the reply from the developers (thank you) and setting everything I could set that was already set 👍🏻I realised that the issue is the ‘Start Ride’ or whatever it says-button, on my iPhone 8 is a VERY VERY THIN LINE at the bottom of the screen - it works! All signed up again. Fingers crossed all is well. Updated review of 4. Guys all I can say is sorry! As my eyes are crap I had set the phone view to ‘zoomed’ ages ago which cut off the start ride button etc. which is why I couldn’t use it 🙄 all sorted now and amended rating to 5 stars. Thanks for an app which gives me piece of mind if I was involved in an accident Cheers

2nd EDIT; Seems good now I have it working (see below). Although I have had one incident where it came up on my phone that I had had an accident and said it was going to call the emergency services in 10 seconds. I hadn’t, if anything I had taken off a bit sharp at the lights. Luckily I had it on my handlebars as a satnav at the time. If my phone was in my pocket then I wouldn’t have been able to cancel. Newest iPhone 12, all logged in, VIN excepted, details entered. Choose “Protect me and record ride” “Start Ride”. Nothing happens, ride not recorded, App shows as present as time in top l/h corner is highlighted blue, but no obvious signs that accident protection is running within the app, certainly not recording the ride, no “Stop” button. Am I missing something?? EDIT - it was a problem with my phone not letting the app have access to Motion & Fitness after help from the developers this was finally solved. Thank you

This app could be a lifesaver! I know there were a few niggles at the beginning but the developers have been hard at work and sorted them out. It now works well and caused me no issues so far. It’s a great piece of technology allowing you not only to record your routes and share them with your friends on social media but with the added bonus of crash detection which gives you great piece of mind. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who rides a motorcycle. At least try it for the three months free trial. I’m definitely going to use it from now on as I often ride alone and it’s reassuring to know that should anything unforeseen happen, help is at hand right in my pocket! It’s a no brainier for me. Highly recommend 10/10 Triumph 👍👍👍

I suggest the developers think about the users. Red on a black background means I can hardly read the vin that I put in ! So useless for me . Bye bye

Despite numerous attempts it will not accept my VIN number. Email response has been good but has not cured the issue.
