Fix it NOW, Ray! I WANT TO CAST on AIRPLAY, I want to watch an episode without hearing the the intro playing as well, I want to watch an episode without it cutting out the whole app. I want a smooth transition for one episode to the next. I said I wasn’t going to but I did anyway. So far I’ve been proven why I should have went with my first instinct. I wanna be casted on a show for all the hard trouble. I see what you doing and I want to support. Come on now , Ray!

While app is wack ! Wasted money and I can’t even figure out how to cancel my subscription

App is a great idea but it be glitching. What I mean by glitching is the sound don’t be matching up with the words or the sound will just randomly cut off during a episode. It makes you feel like you watching one of those Chinese flicks where they do the voiceovers. Also I’m loving the shows on the app but I need more shows before I subscribe again…I done seen it all in the first month of subscription and there’s nothing else to watch now but they do have some more shows coming that look great but right now 3 shows only one new show airing once a week

I downloaded this app interested in the ratchet content that was hyped up to be on said network. First of all they only have 2 shows on it, both shows are outdated and pretty irrelevant. The price is good tho , however the app glitches like crazy , freezes, crashes, all the above, and you can’t stream to other devices. Had I known it glitched this bad I wouldn’t even have paid for it OMS

Please fix the glitches in the app ASAP!!!! It is a disservice to my entertainment experience!!!!!!

I was so happy to see this app and ready to support! However, you can’t cast it to your tv. You can’t login from the app on the tv. And I have to constantly delete and re down the app…I haven’t been able to watch one entire episode. There’s not a lot of content but I was happy to support the network. I cancelled my subscription the same day because it’s too frustrating to use.

I have tried to watch this for the last hour and it has played two episodes at the same time, closed out on me 6 times, froze over 20 times and won’t play subtitles. Ray j the shows are giving okay but on god the app gave me ptsd.

I wish for iPhone users we can cast onto other smart devices. It’s not giving and option to screencast! The quality is good only on mobile devices! Make sure you invest in tech for this application! Ray J your my dawg & all, but get the Technicality of the app.

I subscribed to the network and after doing so it asked me to login. As I login it told me I have to subscribe and has no card on file, and no history of transactions, even though I just bought it and its on my bank statement. I deleted my entire account and they are some how still attempting to take money out my account. I had to block them from my card.

Its always glitching and sometimes when you cook on the app, nothing pops up, definitely canceling my subscription
