Description

The TRU-BMT App is like having an online diary for in your pocket! It is designed to track your activity and general health throughout your blood and marrow transplant.

The TRU-BMT app is specifically designed to help:
- Patients log in the most common symptoms and complaints
- Allow the integration of wearable data extraction including heart rate and steps with optional app (not included)
- Medical teams remotely track and communicate with patients during transplant and follow-up
- Record data into a HIPAA compliant database that can then be queried for analysis
TRU-BMT integrates with the Health app to read activity and biometric data such as steps, heart rate measures, heart rate variability, O2 saturation, and sleep.
TRU-BMT also uses the ResearchKit and CareKit framework to facilitate participants reported outcome data capture.
