I’m constantly paying and every time I pay I still can’t watch

I try to watch but after I pay for it it keep sayin I don’t have access to this video I just want a refund please
Worse TV app I’ve downloaded so far.
The app literally stops working every single day. You could be in the middle of watching a show and a second later now u can’t watch anything until tomorrow.

I’m subscribed and haven’t been able to watch anything I keep getting error message asking me to subscribe and when I click it, it shows I’m already subscribed
Sound is horrible
Hoping there will get better but I was literally trying to watch the stuff on there but maybe I’m doing it wrong cause I put a episode on and forgot I was watching it due to the horrible sound
