App does not refresh when attempting a pull down from top of screen. Does not easily connect to Tru-Scapes transformer even when pressing the transformer reset button. Very disappointing. Contacted customer service; their instructions make sense, yet no improvement.
I do not understand why it is so hard to open the app. Why is there a pull down menu to connect? Why can’t there be a button to connect. Frustrating
Main screen has connect, offline and demo. There is no explanation about how any of this works, nor how to set up your system from within the app. This wasn’t developed with customers in mind.
Very easy to setup to the transformer. When you initially login to the app I don’t understand and don’t like the first screen. What does offline and demo even mean. It should just bring you to your profile.
The app wasn’t opening the LED transformer but cutting power to the transformer for 5 minutes did the trick. Glad i am back in business but there really should be a manual override. Thus four stars. You can only use this product via their app.
