TrueDoc eliminates that stress by allowing you to consult with healthcare professionals from the comfort of your home. This is a game-changer for anyone who is unwell and needs immediate attention but struggles to make it to a doctor’s office. Furthermore, the service provided by Truedoc is outstanding. The healthcare providers are attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your well-being. They take the time to listen to your concerns and offer tailored advice and treatment plans that cater to your specific needs. Another remarkable aspect of TrueDoc is when I wanted to update my profile because of some error on the app, I called them and got immediate support, The lady also asked me of I need her to help me get a doctor call me because she heard my voice squeaky. And one hour later I received the call from Dr Nayla. There is also medicine delivery service. They seamlessly arrange for your prescriptions to be delivered to your home, which saves you additional trips to the pharmacy when you’re not feeling your best. Plus, they are connected with all insurance companies, making it easy to process claims and saving a lot of time. This integration means that you can focus more on your health rather than getting worse doing paperwork and payments and drive to the hospital or clinic. In summary, TrueDoc is an amazing application that offers invaluable support for anyone needing medical assistance, especially when they can't leave the house. As a regular user of the TruDoc app, I can confidently say it’s been a game-changer for managing my health. The app is super easy to use, and I love how I can consult a doctor anytime without leaving my home. The video call feature works smoothly, and I appreciate how quickly I get my prescriptions and lab results. It has saved me so much time and hassle, especially during busy workdays. The reminders and medication tracking are also a great touch! I genuinely feel more in control of my health thanks to TruDoc. One small suggestion: it would be awesome to have more detailed health tips or articles within the app. Overall, a fantastic service that I highly recommend to anyone!

It’s been ages that I am not able to use the app as it always says verification failed after input of Insurance. I have to call Trudoc helpline every single time I need help and they would say that we have some issue which we have reported to our IT team but they never comes back to you.

Stupid app

What an efficient service they are providing only concern is that we need to provide details every time.

They are unprofessional. They sent me the wrong payment link and then replied saying they would refund me after the payment was made, so I had to pay the wrong amount. When I asked for a sick note after making the payment, they said it was too late and that they couldn’t issue one. The problem was with their link, and I even sent them a screenshot. The customer service keeps saying, ‘I understand, but…’ They clearly don’t understand. Now, two days of my work are unpaid because of them, and I’ve had to deal with trouble and questions at work.

Tried for 1 hour to video call a doctor no luck.

First and last time to use I waited for one hour when they said it will take only 15 mins then after they called they didn’t give any medicine no sick leave nothing waisted of time pretty much

We can not have 2 accounts in the app and also no logout log-in option as well.
