Rip off overseas charges and unusable type box in customer service. Charged for two overlapping packages that system charged and they won’t cancel despite overlapping dates. 8000 bht charges as packages not initiated. No help through app. Go to their shops only

Unjustified prices for inconviniet plans, ignorant customer service, absent data usage record

I paid for 12 months of internet with TrueMove, but I’m lucky if I can get a little bit of internet for 2 consecutive days. It says I have 4G with a full signal, but I can’t even get the App Store to load. Other apps don’t get much luck either. It took 5 minutes to download this app, on 4G! Its only 25 megs. That’s on a good day. Now I’m leaving a review of this app and True internet, because the two are directly connected. Stop making new Company names with “True” on the front, and start providing internet to your customers that live outside Krung Thep.

I have been with True for a very longtime and always impressed by their service

Good app, in English and easy to use.

No login required, automatically recognised my Thai SIMM phone number. English version easily selected and showed me my internet GB balance with a click - just what I wanted - no fuss. Haven’t tried topping up yet. Better app then most. Other reviews are very old.

Updated 10Nov 2017. Now the app won’t load up.

Was working ok until something causes it to ask for an update on Google Play, It's obviously bugged and now unusable

Trouble is that's rare. Worked for about a month or so. Then one day it asked me to log in again. Despite trying dozens of times plus restarting phone I just get met with "Please Try Again"

I can say it is more terrible compared to the previous one!!! Please bring the detail of voice call remaining back!!! Now any users cannot check how many minutes they can use without extra charge!!! Why did you remove it?
