I was so excited to get and use this but then it wouldn’t even connect to my phone… plse fix /:

Barebones app can’t even integrate with Apple Health.

It duplicates all your info. And the fact it has not been updated in two years tells me this app is no longer supported.

How can I connect this app with I health on my iphone?

I got three of these meters thinking that they were defective while clearly they are. The Bluetooth does not talk to the phone. It shuts off once you put the meter on and the strip inside what a waste of money I wanted a Bluetooth so I can save it on my phone. I called Customerservice, they said somebody will get back to you within a day or two. The lady did not really seem to care what I had to say. Don't get this monitor out of three of them. Three of them didn't work with the Bluetooth.

Does not record and stay connected to phone.

You can’t add meals without writing a level of glucose, what happens if u need to track it just 2 times a day? Where can i write, what did i eat?

Very disappointed in the app. Doesn’t really matter as the True Matrix Air meter will not connect via Bluetooth with my iPhone. The app and the meter are a waste of time and money.

This app does not sync properly to the device! Auto sync is non exsistent. No way to even log reading manually. Update and fix is sorely needed!

This meter doesn’t sync with my iPhone It will not set correct time Nor will not record any of my readings. I just received this meter. I’m very disappointed so far in it.
