Reset password and everything. Still says wrong password.

App doesn’t work: says no internet but internet is fine. Also says can’t reset password never get the email. Has never worked

I been a member since they were freedom fitness and it’s making me buy a membership again to create an account

Unfortunately, as others have stated, this app is completely useless. I never received an email to sign up for an account, and when I go to “resend invite” or reset my password, I’m given an error message that there’s no internet connection. I tried on an old Android phone I have, and it didn’t work on there either. The gym is great, but the lack of a digital key card is frustrating. It seems this issue with the app has been going on for a while and this gym is ignoring it.

Keeps saying "unable to reset password , check your internet connection and try again " My internet connections are both fine & all my other apps are working !

This app won’t allow you to sign in at all or when you do “forgot password” it won’t let you change it because it says there’s an internet problem even when you are connected to the internet. This has happened to me and my 2 other friends, this app DOSE NOT WORK. I’m so sad about it because I was so excited to use it, well I can’t even login.

App is constantly saying it’s unable to reset password because there is no internet connection, while connected to the internet. Can’t go in the gym without access to my code. Very frustrating.

spoke to staff and they were unaware that the app doesn’t work, although this dates back MONTHS ago. apparently, support is no help. what’s the point of an app that doesn’t work? can’t even login.

I send a recovery/ invite to my email I don’t get anything I’ve tired to contact the support team I haven’t received anything.
