I’m finding it very difficult to log in on the app, whenever I input my login details, the app just goes blank and it refuses to open I don’t know why, pls kindly help fix the issue
Stuck on verification page for over 3weeks
I enjoyed the app for quite sometime decided to verify did both verification since then I can’t have access to my app anymore tried reaching out no way please look into it
Customer service don’t function
How can I send a password reset and it’s approved only for me to login , it keeps saying wrong email or password. No customer service has responded to the incessant mails. This is terrible

I was enjoying the site and boom I decided to get verified little did I know that was going to be my last time on the app. I’ve been stuck on verification page on the app and web for over a week. I can’t get into my account even after I.d and picture verification. Facebook and number verification won’t go through. And now I can’t even an’t even get into my account it’s so frustrating. I reached out to live chat no one will speak with me on this issue.
Useless app
Please stop sending me stupid notifications when you can’t even allow me register on the app. I’ve been stuck on trying to receive sms to verify my account but it keeps saying connection timed out for the past one month now. And this is the third time I’m deleting and reinstalling the app only to experience the same thing
VERIFICATION ISSUES
I just started using the app but I verified my camera ,my id but I couldn’t verify my phone number and Facebook and I dunno why. Please can I get help with that ?
