live support with agent is not helpful at all your seeking some help that's why your asking questions but its not responsive after a few chats. ITS BEST TO RETRAIN YOU LIVE AGENTS on live support. I got banned and want to know the reasons you don’t even ask me. maybe someone reported me because i don’t give them what they want, you should review both parties before banning us or ask for explanations. you should give warnings and explanations to user before banning us from the platform.

I got banned without breaking their rules or such. I just created an account last night, edited my basic info and all. I’ve been receiving spam messages from everyone and didn’t get a chance to reply to most of them coz (1) idk how this app works, aside from it’s a dating app, and (2) i was already sleepy. When I woke up, can’t login. Only to find out I was banned. And the reason is I have the same details as the member who has been banned before and they want me to use a different email. Seems suspicious to me, coz they want another email. Nahh.
