Terrible customer service
So I lost my bag with my phone and IC on a trip and had to replace my phone and I didn’t have my IC so I couldn’t sign back into my Singpass as required by the Trust app so I missed my credit card payment by a day. I started up my old phone to make payment but was charged $100 for late payment. I contacted the helpline and explained the situation. Long story short : they kept ending my chat without providing any real help just cause I was taking a bit longer to reply. I had to talk to 3 different customer service officers and in the end I had to sign up for their savings account and autopay to be allowed a fee waiver. Not cool. Do better.
