Slow. Times out over and over. Clunky to use. Want to add alerts? You have to click “add”, then click the account, the OK the alert. For EVERY SINGLE ALERT. It’s 2024 Trustco. Reliability is important. And why not a list of alerts, click the alerts one wants (like every other banking app), and then save/submit?

Can you please fix your app? I cannot even log in now at all. Every single time I try to, I keep getting en error message saying an error has occurred.

it takes me at least 10 extra minutes to do legitimately ANYTHING i need to do. this app works slower than joe biden.

Impossible to login.

The finger Touch ID doesn’t work well on iPad. The information can’t be viewed in landscape.

This app is definitely an improvement, but it needs to allow us to see more transactions in real time, instead of having to look at statements

First time using app and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was.

The new app is great! It has so many more features like being able to access full account numbers, more detailed account information, and it makes transferring money easier. Thanks Trustco for the upgrade!
