iPhone 12 Pro Max - using to do doc upload for job. Got through to the bit where it was asking me to scan my passport nfc chip. Pressed to do so and it just got stuck repeatedly saying I don’t have the app and to download and then come back. Thankfully a previous reviewer had posted up their advice that you will need to start again, shut the app completely by swiping up from bottom of screen and closing and then restart your phone. Once I did that it worked, although for the passport chip part you have to put your phone against the photo page. Seems as though plenty of others having issues with this app, and this might help someone else in the future. If the app worked as it should do then great idea, but this is a pretty major bug that will presumably throw a lot of people.

This is the worst app ever! I’ve used both safari and chrome neither work!

Close everything, turn off phone completely, restart again and use chrome (not safari!) and start process from beginning. Annoying yes, but I’d rather you didn’t spend as much time solving this as I did.

Doesnt work, too many steps and doesnt redirect properly, as said before dont know why organisations use this rubbish

Tried it on three different devices. Tried it on two browsers. Non-functional. Will not open the app.

It’s really annoying to keep going back and forth with a chrome browser or safari it’s a terrible experience

Total rubbish won’t work on chrome or safari.

Why can’t the NHS commission functioning IT services? It’s embarrassing and frustrating in equal measure.

Went through the whole process proving I am me then it’s the AI that messes up - keeps saying “looks like you haven’t download the app yet” er… yes I have! “You’ll be redirected” nope! What’s wrong with my workplace giving me a call and manually checking my ID?!!! Real frustrating waste of time and I hope my company didn’t invest too heavily in this over giving me a pay rise for doing good old fashioned human work!
