Payment delivery failed?

After watching 500 ads, I thought I could finally get my cash out. Then it shows “Payment delivery failed. Try to deliver within 30 hrs. If the payment failed for three times, please contact human service who will send the order for you.“ What does it mean by payment failed? Where do I contact human service? There’s no customer support at all? Can anyone provide an email to get in contact? I’ve been playing this game over three days, watching more than 500ads. I’m still waiting on a PayPal $988.71, PayPal $300, and a amazon $300 to cash out. If you add the time waiting to get the payment through, it’s more than a week waiting to get your cash out. In the app, it tells you that if you watch an ad, each ad reduces 30mins to process to the next step to cash out. So far it seems like a scam to me as there’s nowhere to go for help other than leaving a review here.
