Lots’ of freezing and unable to set to the correct frame size in landscape view. Freezes a lot. That said, the actual workouts are great.

Love these workouts!! So so fun and have tried every workout app (not just for men, super fun for us ladies too!!). The only thing would say is the workouts are quite long/unrealistic for a full working day and uni and ‘life’. I just shorten them to fit in more realistically for me; I just run through each exercise once to make the whole workout 30-40 mins instead of 1h15min as the whole program repeats exercises 3 times, which is pretty standard for workout apps. Would love to see more 30-40 min programs on your app in future, thank you for the great work!!

Not only does he offer discounts to low income people (applied for), he shares his in depth knowledge and no mess about techniques to build yourself towards your fitness, strength and calisthenics goals. Not only a really good coach, also a really genuine person.

Loving this app. I’ve managed to do things that I never imagined I could!!! Awesome!!

If I quickly go out of the app the timer and workout end up glitching that I have to restart the programme. Sometimes some workouts such as March in Place and star jumps don’t have the timers.

Sound doesn’t work on app, bit pointless really.
