Truly a terrible gift from NYSC, you cannot contact any support from this app and it chooses when and when not to work. It just logged me out and keeps saying “something went wrong” when I try to input the CORRECT details. Every day I have a new issue or complaint.

Can’t access it can’t access money very useless

I’ve never dropped a review about any app before but this one is so bad I can’t hold myself. This account was opened for me by NYSC, I thought they’ll give me the normal Sterling account but instead I got this. This app is a disaster, the UI is a mess, everything about it is a mess. When I open the app to see my account, it tells me to input a new pin and doesn’t ask for the old one, which means anybody can change your pin without your knowledge. There’s a lot of pointless and useless features, like why do I need to have social media whatever in my banking app? What is Bants? What is community? Is this a social media or banking app, because I can’t even pay bills, see or request for ATM card but I can banter and post about what I ate this evening, really? Banter?! Sometimes you’ll see the option to use Face ID to unlock, sometimes you won’t. I don’t know why they didn’t just give me the normal Sterling account instead of this TrybeOne, I’m pained because I’m stuck with it for the next 1 year because of my 33k. Please developer do better, please. I beg you.
