TRYHARD is a training planner which can be useful for both trainers and individuals.

Individuals who train on their own can:
- write training plans by dar/hour;
- copy existed workouts for future trainings;
- create own exercises;
- view brief history of the exercises while planning workout;
- export PDF file with their workouts for the period;
- link to a personal trainer (trainer should be also TRYHARD user).



Trainers have all things that individuals can plus:
- manage students workouts in a handy new calendar of their students (add/delete/duplicate to other dates);
- export PDF file with students workouts for the period;
- link student (student should be also TRYHARD user).

Also app contains own inner stopwatch.
