Habe die App heruntergeladen und Kauf getätigt. Sie verbindet sich weder über das iPhone 11, neueste SW, noch über die Apple Watch mit dem Tesla Model Y LR 2023. Es erscheint jedes Mal der Kommentar „Verbindung fehlgeschlagen“.
Nach dem ich mir das neue iPhone zugelegt habe und die Daten übertragen habe funktioniert die App nicht mehr. Trotz mehrfacher reinstalls lässt sich der Schlüssel nicht erneut mit meinem Model y verbinden. Schade, war eigentlich super bis dahin.
Ich hatte auf meiner Apple Watch 6 auch eine Keyfob App. Ob sie vom selben Programmierer ist, weiß ich nicht. Aber die hatte ich auch schon bezahlt. Auf der Watch Ultra musste ich jetzt eine neue Keyfob App kaufen, da mir die alte nicht mehr angezeigt wird. Diese musste ich wieder bezahlen. Nach dem Kauf wird mir zwar angezeigt, dass alles freigeschaltet ist, aber die Wiederherstellung auf der Uhr funktioniert nicht wie beschrieben. Also, Geld rausgeschmissen. Langsam hab ich die Nase voll von Apple.
wenn man auf der Watch die gekaufte App aktivieren will, reicht es nicht die aktivierte App auf dem Handy zu haben, sondern das iPhone muss gleichzeitig auch im App-Store angemeldet sein. Jetzt ist diese App DIE optimale Ergänzung zum Tesla :-)
Leider ging mit der Installation der App auf meinem neuen Handy der Zugriff verloren 😒
Update am 03.09.23 Habe meine Apple Watch 5 nun 1x komplett von meinen iPhone 14 Pro entkoppelt u. auch komplett auf die Werkseinstellungen zurückgesetzt und siehe da, jetzt funktioniert die App auf einmal tadellos auf meiner Apple Watch 5. Dafür nun doch 5 ***** da es scheinbar nicht an der App, sondern an meiner Apple Watch gelegen haben muss. Leider ist es mir nicht möglich, meine Apple Watch 5 via Bluetooth mit meinen Tesla Model Y 2023 zu verbinden, da er diesen einfach nicht findet. Ich hatte diese Funktion schon einmal von einer App eines anderen Anbieters, da geht es aber seit einem Update von Tesla auch nicht mehr. Meine Hoffnung war nun diese App hier, aber leider scheint diese ebenfalls nicht zu funktionieren. Schade 🤯🤯🤯
I installed and purchased the app but the apple watch is not able to find the car.
I installed the app on my iPhone first and then on my Apple Watch ultra, The installation was easy and very quickly done. It just works fine! However be aware that it does not unlock the Tesla if you stand close to your car - like the Tesla app on your iPhone does it - you need to open the tsla app on your apple watch first and then the car gets unlocked. As far as I understood it is a limitation of the Apple Watch because of power consumption and it is not a limitation of the app.
Die App lässt sich mit meinem Model Y nicht verbinden.
I love this App. If I could make a wish, I would like to ask for a safety feature to prevent unwanted opening of the trunk. I hit the button by mistake and the tailgate opened while the car was parked in garage, which could end up in bad case with a damage. Maybe opening the trunk could be changed to two taps or a long tap. I would appreciate that. Thanks.
