This app hardly will connect and stay online. Also, Amazon Alexa just about always reports it offline too. So far the app has been worthless.

This App has no value with the CAF-W36USW air cleaner and the requirement to use this app when using Alexa to control the CAF-W36USW has now made the air cleaner itself of no use if you need to control it with WiFi. I’d be happy to modify my review if anyone has information on making it work properly. The application also does not list the CAF-W36USW as a device option in its settings but the manual for the CAF-W36USW directs one to use this application.

Hi i want to know that i have refrigerator which is GR-RF610WE-PMS model. Does it supply T Smart Life ? ( wireless control)

Doesn’t support all Toshiba “Smart” products. I have a Toshiba a/c. I have lost many nights sleep because of it not working properly…never again with Toshiba ANYTHING!!!

It is very convenient to connect my toshiba device to the Google home and it works very well. A good application for my family.

I have been using Toshiba top load washing machine for many years, very impressed with the durability of it. Now I change to the new front loading of Toshiba, very exciting to see this can work with mobile app.

My brand new Portable AC unit is not appearing in the app as a selection to control via wifi. Customer Support could not figure it out. So don’t say call customer support. The old Toshiba App worked fine until I stopped using the product over the winter. Now that I need it, nothing works. Old app or new app. And my QR code doesn’t recognize. It says Incorrect Code.
