T&T大統華 – Grocery & More

The only reason to get this app is to get occasional deals. Even just for scanning your membership, it’s horrible. The app takes forever to load and occasionally logs you out, forcing you to wait and login while holding up the line at the store.

Can’t link the physical card which I’ve used at the shop. Only after you write the message in a chat you found that no one answer you due to working hours. Can’t copy the message from the chat to send it by email. Awful, don’t want to waste my time. Can’t log in with google. Just error.

Very slow app. Slow to load and open. Also need to sign in to account every time, very annoying.

网上订单缺斤少两不补差价，联系客服也没用。

If only the app is more friendly e.g. supporting Apple Pay etc… a bit slow but overall nice selections

Every time when I request a code to proceed the verification of my physical card, this App just freezes.

I’ve been to T&T Supermarket a couple of times after getting the app (almost every week).I would make sure that I scan my rewards card properly. Machine says card verified each time but I don’t see it adding to my points.

绝大多数正向评论全是假的，打折的注重新鲜度的产品比如蔬菜水果大多是不新鲜的，打折有部分假的骗你下单，然后最后说没货了，但商品还在界面上。

It allows you to add your T&T card to the wallet, but then it deletes itself from the wallet the next day. No other app does this. So when I go shopping, I try to find it in the wallet, then realize it’s no longer there and I go to the app to find my card there. But I’m now logged out of the app, so I have to sign in while the nice person at the checkout is waiting for my rewards card.
