Convenient
Overall, the app works and is convenient. I was a tourist in the country for 4 days and I used this exclusively to get around. There is a glitch where credit card selection reverts to cash at times you have to be vigilant and toggle it back. I had 2 drivers cancel my rides. I am assuming it was the area I wanted to go to the drivers did not message to explain why it was canceled. I actually scheduled a ride one day in advance for a 6 AM pick up to the airport. I saw it was accepted, but then it seems the day of the app was not able to find any drivers. That was inconvenient but I continued to book my ride for a few minutes and then found a driver. So far good work on the app. Locals highly recommend and I recommend as well. Prices are very fair.
TOO MANY BUGS !
This app has serious bugs : •Unable to automatically pick up your second location after the first drop. •Does not retain credit card info. •Shuts down mid use. •Reverses locations. Needs an update
Embarrassing
The app is glitchy, has embarrassed me a number of times by asking me to pay cash AFTER completing rides I selected card payment for. Has real problems choosing card payments.
Worst car service ever
There is never any drivers available, I sat down for an hour trying to get a drop. Any drivers if there were any were completely unresponsive. Wish I could give the app/service a better review but they simply don’t work.

Deleting this app because for the past 2 months or so this app has caused me too many inconveniences. Too many last minute cancellations leaving me in a bind. EXTREMELY UNRELATABLE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
Please fix bugs in the app
I had a credit card for payment saved in the app. I had to pay cash for my last ride a week ago because the app showed there’s no credit card saved. When I try to add the credit card back to the wallet, that feature no longer works. Also the app freezes a lot when trying to book a ride during high demand times. Please fix asap.
Horrible Service
Dont even bother with this app if your in an emergency the drivers are unresponsive and set you up. They remove themselves off the map if they don't want to come for you. More like a hustler driver app than a Reliable Driver that can take you from A to Z, this is from my experience.
Waste of time
Don’t waste your time downloading this app. It will frustrate the life out of you. A lot of bugs and very poor customer service
