TT Router

I recently changed and upgraded my internet provider and can finally take advantage of some of the advertised speeds these routers should support… even in 2024, they’d be ok after I spent hundreds on them back in 20, but unfortunately the new internet provider took longer to get to my area than anticipated…but now the app is apparently dead, locking us out of the settings. I recall when I first used it a code was not required and somewhere along the way they made it more secure by having it email you a code- now it doesn’t email you the code, and you are locked out. If they fix the issue and I can adjust settings- seriously, I can’t even turn the router lights on/off anymore without access- I would up the rating…

Just like many others reported the app is currently not accessible due to server issues. Therefore the routers cannot be accessed for maintenance or settings. Currently they are still working however with no access basically. Time to shop for a new system.

App doesn’t work anymore, type in my email, but code is not sent, can’t get in to use it. I’ve read of others having same issue.

The app stopped working. Got another mesh system. I believe I can use the power bricks elsewhere. The rest goes into garbage.

customer support responded with something about irreparable server issue and they can offer a partial refund. i’m sure it’ll be through TT only, prompting you to buy another chinese piece of junk that’ll be in a landfill within 2 years. the routers are more than capable, but now completely unusable unless they remove login credentials from the app or someone ports some other firmware to these.

Can’t sign in to the app. Contacted customer care. Waiting to hear back.

Cannot login to the app. Network error. Can’t control the router without the app so the equipment is useless.

It appears that this item is no longer supported. Unable to log into my account which makes my mesh system no longer useful. No customer support.

Taotronics stopped updating the app and thier server seems to be down. The only way to set up the router is through the app, so losing the app renders the router useless.
