I bought this and subscribed. I then deleted the app and completely forgot about it. I then had a renewal charge for another subscription. I installed app again and tried to then cancel but can’t find anywhere on app to do this. Now not cancelling previous subscription was my error but these apps should remind you they are going to renew subscription which gives you a chance to cancel if you don’t want. Not very transparent at all and I’m still stuck on how to cancel subscription so it doesn’t auto renew.

STILL A SCAM! I have emailed several times to the email address the developer keeps commenting on each review and they will not respond. They just take your money and there is no way within the app to cancel and remove your credit card. I am so ashamed I fell for their ads. This is a fraudulent company and I’m reporting them any way possible.

I downloaded this app with a Black Friday sale last year as it looked like a fun way to get some exercise. I tried doing it solo and with a friend and it was ok- found it not worth using again after the initial tries. My main issue is the fact that I routinely check my subscriptions to make sure I'm not paying for apps I don't want any more. Tuby never showed and I only realized when checking my bank account recently that I had a $48 charge for the app and I immediately tried to get my money back as I most certainly wouldn't have authorized a repeat purchase. As another reviewer said you have to email the company directly to cancel and are at their mercy through that method and I'm so grossed out they essentially say "sorry it's in the agreement we don't do refunds and it will automatically renew". Ok so you are knowingly banking on people not seeing your subscription through their phone subscriptions and taking their money without any reminder of an upcoming charge- seems predatory to me and bad customer service to not return people's money for an unused service. Clearly they are willing to sound like they will change given the featured review's response- but that was a year ago and they haven't changed a thing. Leaves a terrible taste in my mouth for this company and their procedures.

Too hard to use in a small space. Also I sent a message to customer service on 08/14/24 to instruct them not to renew when my subscription was up. They did not respond and ran my card anyway on 10/25/24. I emailed them again. We’ll see if they respond. (Email is the way to request cancellation per the user agreement.)

The short version of it is this is a fantastic idea. The bad is that the app doesn’t work for any of my devices (following all guidances, it still thinks we are 3ft tall or 9ft tall based on the placements of tasks) There is no straightforward way to troubleshoot or seek help. Need to cancel? They’ll ignore the email and no prior notices to renewal. They expect you to followup a bunch instead of making the process something with integrity. I only receive a response contacting the parent company email. No refund or partial refund on renewals past a certain date even if the program is unusable. This is blatantly a “sorry it doesn’t work, thanks for the donation” strategy. At least send me a charity donation slip for my tax filings.

I tried to cancel as soon as I downloaded because I couldn’t get past the upsell to sign up and login. This was in August. Looked at my bank account today, November 30 and got charged for the app that I was never able to use. I never got a confirmation to ensure I was cancelled. Just an email to say what’s the problem which I stated in my first email. I have asked my bank to look into it.

It’s very difficult to unsubscribe and the app itself is not actually helpful.

I’ve now read multiple reviews with the same frustrations I have. The information that is asked for cancelation is not readily available on the app when you open it. And I think the developers could just put a direct way to cancel without having to reach out via email. I gave a snapshot of my user ID and they still could not cancel the app. Horrible and predatory.
