Description

Il Timed-Up and Go (TUG) test viene utilizzato nella valuazione delle performance funzionali nei pazienti con disturbi lombari dovuti a patologie degenerative del rachide lombare. Il TUG test valuta le funzioni semplici ma importanti come : alzarsi, camminare, cambiare direzione, riprendere a camminare e sedersi. Queste azioni di base sono indispensabili per tutti gli atti della vita quotidiana ed importanti nel recupero di una qualità della vita soddisfacente dopo una chirurgia lombare. Il test TUG è rapido, semplice da realizzare in quanto necessita solamente di una sedia e di una superfice di tre metri per camminare.
