TUI: Holiday, Travel & Flights

The app takes ages to try and load anything you select, when you try to enter and submit your information, it says “oops something went wrong”. When you try to get your boarding passes, guess what, you get the same message. The app is also not easy to use as you have to look around for the information you require. It also doesn’t show you that you have booked sports equipment within your luggage allowance….. if you get that far.

Fabulous place polite friendly staff superb clean rooms every thing you need in a hotel

Recommended by the the Ballymena store - fabulous hotel - yes it is undergoing some renovation work but not so noisy that you couldn’t relax around the pool! Staff were fantastic - room was great, so good that we are thinking about booking for end of August😂😂

Lots of buy issues when using the app, not helpful when managing flights

Before we left the UK for our holiday both my wife’s and my app were not working properly on both our iPhones we rang up our local TUI store and they suggested deleting the app and reinstated it which I did were up upon. I lost our holiday Information. completely so I told my wife not to do the same. as she still had some of the itinerary on the app when arriving at our destination, we informed a tui rep at the airport she said there is no rep at your hotel so you have to use the chat function but that was not working either before we could explain properly she had disappeared off the bus so for the first few days of our holiday my wife was ringing back to the UK to find out what was going on Put on hold several times. Good start to our holiday not!!! Tui could not even be bothered to put an information binder in the hotel which would’ve solved all our problems TAKE NOTE TUI THERE WAS A JET 2 REP IN THE HOTEL WHO WAS THERE TWICE IN ONE WEEK and gave us quite a bit of information of where to go and what to do even though we were not with her company seems to me to Tui took our money dumped us in a hotel and couldn’t be bothered maybe it’s time for a change !!

We have been coming to this hotel for 11 years and we love it. The staff are brilliant the food is fantastic and if you want to make friends across the water the guests from around the world make it a fantastic place to be. It is a great shame that we cannot get a discount for loyalty as we book early to avoid disappointment.
