Book our range of TUI experiences
Our handy app means you can book TUI experiences from the comfort of your sun lounger – you can browse all the available options and check which days they’re available. Once you’ve selected your experience, any need-to-know info – like pick up details – will be shown. Plus, once you’ve made your booking, your ticket will be stored on the TUI app, as well as being emailed directly to you.
Transfer information
Get live info on the bus transfer to your hotel, including its registration number and where it’s parked. And, when it’s time to go home, you’ll receive a message with details of your return transfer.

Pretty Rubbish App!
We are currently 10 days into our two week holiday in Rhodes, the accommodation we are in doesn’t have a rep, so our first port of call is this app. I know that it provides a phone number I can ring, but for everyday things, you don’t want to be calling somebody up.
The App says that from 24 hours before your holiday. You can use the “live chat” feature… you CANT!!! Any time I tried I got an annoying page that said “Oops something went wrong”. I get the same page when I try to see what attractions are available via the App. To add insult to injury, TUI send out emails with offers o excursions, relevant to the area you are staying in, click the link and guess what? Oops something went wrong!!!
Can’t search anything after updating
The app stopped working after the recent update. Can’t search anything, it constantly shows a loading state. Eventually the apps shows an error about not having connection, I tried on wifi and 4G. I have connection because all apps and browser searches work. Delete the app and reinstalled without any luck. Pretty poor update please test and fix it
Not great!
The purpose of this review is to give my experience of the App an NOT the holiday experience.
The App itself is basic enough, though it does have some useful features, like “Start Discovering” which tells you about options available when you get there. BEFORE UOU TRAVEL and the TRAVEL CHECKLIST are also handy features.
On the down side, when you go into the App, it tells you how many days to your holiday, but if you want to go into “manage my holiday” for some reason you need to log in every time!
I wanted to ask a question about my upcoming holiday, there’s a “chat” option, but it only opens the day before you fly… Why? Also in the help section there’s no email address, so unless you have time to phone these people, you aren’t getting the answer to your question.
Finally, in the App, when you get to viewing your travel arrangements, you are invited to select your seats, the privilege of which is €9 per seat. That’s just added €36 onto the price of your holiday, it leaves a bad taste… I know the likes of Ryanair do this, but you expect more from a company like TUI.
Impossible to navigate and see balance

Cannot retrieve my booking
Cannot retrieve my new booking made in TUI agent on my iPhone 11. All is upgraded on my phone. Because of this that app is useless! Please fix this!

No option to select any Irish Airport.

I am not able to see my luggage allocation.
Nothing is working
It took over two weeks of trying before i could register and log in. Then it cannot add my booking, just giving error message.
