Dissatisfied

It’s 2020 yet there is no information on the app regarding the tours you can book and nor can you book anything. Also disappointed that you have to queue at a sales desk for over 30 mins to actually book old school style - surely booking via the app is the way forward in this day and age. Quite ridiculous.
