Canceling reservation
I booked the flight twice. I tried to call, but manager couldn’t help with my problem. TUI couldn’t give the reason of canceling. My family need to leave this country as soon as possible. I made a payment of the flight TB 111 and made a payment for the seats. My flight is 2nd November. What do I need to do? I paid with credit card Bank of America 26th October and today 31th I get email with canceling. My last name Blinov, my book number 100029130887. And previous book number 100028896728. What a reason? My visa is ending, I haven’t problems with payment.?Tickets are ending too.
