The app looks nice and is fairly intuitive. However, my blinds started to open randomly so I was told to delete them and their settings and reinstall the app. After repairing the blinds, it was impossible to set a timer for a scene. The app/ phone was incapable of connecting to all of the blinds to set the time. Totally useless.

This is the most appalling app I have ever seen every heading or button is a programmers variable I felt the field home.gettingstartedtitle particularly obvious NOT! Apple should never have allowed this piece of rubbish to get to the App Store and blinds 2go clearly don’t give a hoot about the quality of their blinds or motorisation, frankly I can’t wait to send the whole lot back utter waste of money whoever this are should be equally ashamed about pushing IT that doesn’t even make quality level of the usual rubbish you see floating around the smart home space. If you buy one of these after reading this you’re mad just like I am mad at having been ripped off.

Does everything I need. Scenes are set so I don’t have to do anything. It goes up in the morning and comes down in the evening all automated, I can even control it though a Siri shortcut if need be.

When you have multiple blinds you now have to wait for one blind to finish closing before you can close the next one! Ridiculous. Defeats the whole point. May as well have manual blinds. Such a thoughtless app update. Devs please fix!!!

The new update has resulted in not being able to close more than one blind at a time. As you click to close a blind the screen is then frozen with only one option available - to stop the blind closing. This means if you have multiple smart blinds it takes forever to close them all… May as well have bought manual blinds and go round closing them all myself. Would love functionality that allows you to quickly move through the room menu closing blinds one after the other.

I installed the app n my phone it worked well but needed to login on my partner's phone. It did not recognize the password. I reset password on my device and it was saying could not send a reset request, so can't login now on any phone... Seems like a major issue with password reset!!!

This is one of the poorest smartphone implementations I have come across in a while. It is clear that the developers do not use their own product. Where should I start!! Top and bottom limits reset randomly. Not possible to add additional blinds to the first room created. Not possible to change the room a blind is allocated to without deleting it and recreating. Top and bottom positions can only be set by jogging the blind there one step at a time. Takes forever with a long blind. If these motors were not in custom made blinds they would be going straight back. Very frustrating.

It now works for me 17/11/24

On ios 18 it throws an error saying Bluetooth disabled when trying to scan the QR code. It’s stopping me from adding my blind so I’m stuck with an expensive paperweight that I can’t raise or lower. Edit: works now as my bluetooth was off, the error should say that the Bluetooth needs to be turned on

What a pain this app is. Impossible to set up so far. 4 blinds in one room, each blind required different set up. Took an hour to put up the lovely blinds. After 3 hours with the App I GAVE UP.
