I can’t say enough good things about this boutique!! I never really was a boutique shopper, but Tula’s had me hooked! Always cute and affordable clothes and accessories for all shapes and sizes!! The online store is great, but if you are ever in the Minot area, you need to make time to stop at The Foundary to check it out in person!! I live 5+ hours away and stop in every chance I get!! Kim H
