The machines don’t have QR codes to use for quick start so the app is pointless

I have to say I love this app and the 10% discount really does save after a while. However, the downside is that I have to uninstall and reinstall constantly because it keeps giving me error codes when I try to load money there’s been about four times now that I haven’t been able to load money and never got my discount because the app won’t work correctly.

I’ve downloaded, removed, and reinstalled this app three or four times now and have not been able to get it to work once. It never scans the QR code on the machine so doesn’t do anything or save any money.

this makes doing laundry SO MUCH EASIER. i don’t have to carry around a huge bag of quarters. one thing i wish i could do is add however many dollars i want instead of the $10, $20, etc increments that I have to deposit. Like maybe I only need an extra $3 to add. PLEASE ADD THIS FEATURE

Charged me $20 for a $9 machine and then said I had zero balance left. And start button doesn’t work properly.

This app works great for me.
