PEOPLELINK MOBILE è la App di Peoplelink che permette a dipendenti, collaboratori e responsabili di avere sempre a portata di smartphone tutte le informazioni e le funzionalità già presenti sul portale PeoplelinkOnline.com, nella propria area di self service.
PEOPLELINK MOBILE permette di:
- Consultare la bacheca aziendale
- Controllare in modo centralizzato le notifiche
- Gestire e registrare le Note spese, con scansione OCR degli scontrini, recupero automatico dei tassi di cambio e delle tariffe ACI, calcolo della tratta della trasferta e tutte le opzioni già presenti in EXPENSES
- Consultare i propri documenti aziendali, come Cedolini, C.U., documenti personali o condivisi
- Visualizzare le proprie richieste e giustificativi ed inserirne di nuovi
- Visualizzare le proprie timbrature e richiederne di mancanti
- Registrare le attività in tempo reale su commessa
- Approvare le richieste in attesa di approvazione (per responsabili)
- Interrogare i presenti / assenti (per responsabili)
- Visualizzare le informazioni degli asset aziendali (per capo commessa e amministratore)
- Visualizzare e richiedere modifiche ai propri dati anagrafici
- Recuperare i report che sono stati generati su PeoplelinkOnline.com
- Integrarsi con le altre App di Peoplelink
