Without notification permission app won’t work at all..if we allow the permission, they only send useless notifications
Unnecessary requirements
Why notification is mandatory? Even after giving permission it shows notification denied. Every day I suffering because of this. I tried to call customer care but there is no response.

Recent update always ask to permit notification
Actually I turn of all the notifications, but this app constantly asking me to turn on notifications, I don’t need that

Great app but finicky at times
Today, just now, when i got into a bus and opened the app to scan the qr, the camera failed to start. I tried 2times but no use. I had to get out of the bus. But then after i got out, i tried opening the app again, surprise surprise, the camera opens now. Thankfully not much time was wasted to get into another bus, if not i would have had no option to get an auto rickshaw or a cab Not sure shat the actual issue was. I’m using iPhone 13 iOS 17.3.1

The scanning technology is not working after taking tickets in this app the conductor has not acceptable access of this app by showing booking details
