APP在客户不知情，无扣款通知的情况下扣款37笔，共一千多元，用户造成财产损失，此行为人令人失望。
APP未经用户允许擅自扣款，并且没有扣费提醒，累计扣款37笔，共记1063.3元。后我申诉，长时间也没有结果，用户权益无法保障，行为令人失望。
