(*edit: even after contacting support and confirming my account is cancelled, I am still getting billed.)The UI to cancel a subscription is all broken. It showed my account was canceled twice, yet I still got billed twice. Had to contact customer support, who did not refund any of the false subscription charges but said my account was now canceled. We’ll see if I get billed again. Obviously this is not a tech company and the app isn’t very good, which might be acceptable anyway given the mission, but making it impossible or misleading to cancel your subscription is unacceptable.

Anytime I try to update my profile, no keyboard shows up so I can’t type in anything. Other than that, love the app!

This app is not only for black men; this app is for all citizens driving a car. You have with you a lawyer, adviser, and witness. It feels good to have this app. One-click, and you are not alone; amazing!

In my eyes regardless of who you are, where you live, what income you have, etc. there’s no reasonable argument you can make to say this app is anything but a positive move towards a better and safer future for everyone and that’s amazing! I feel like driving in general even if it’s just down the road, I feel more comfortable with this app on my phone!

Luckily I haven’t been pulled over since I download this app but the idea seems perfect thank you for your service

All the one star reviews are from racists who are not even black and are trying so hard to destroy and sabotage the good work that this app CAN DO for the black community. Who gives a one star rating because they can’t download an app or it because it’s not available in their state yet?? Let’s BFR. This app can potentially save your life and stop you from getting killed, going to jail or being a statistic. According to the 14th amendment, slavery was abolished for black people EXCEPT when you’re imprisoned. Ergo, you can be subjected to working for free for the prison system, corporations or anybody as long as you’re a prisoner.(Look it up). Prison system is a business and if you’re black, you’re the product. Be Wise. Be smart. Save your life. Save your future. I did the best I can to educate you. Can’t say you don’t know now. Thank you turn signal for this brilliant idea of an app. I’m a forever grateful.
