Amazing headset, the extra battery and charge station are super helpful. The sound is amazing, and the tuning capabilities are incredible. Top tier in regards to sound for gaming (or anything you want)…but..don’t expect the Bluetooth function to work very well. The headset sound is very customisable, but you need Bluetooth to access those settings, and in this case, Bluetooth rarely connects. Great headset, but annoying.

Rubbish never connects
Same issue as most people here. Purchased brand new elite pro headset. Nice headset with great sound but the audio hub app does not work which means you cannot make any adjustments to the sound settings. Super frustrating as that was half the reason I purchased the headset and Turtle Beach tech support team have no idea what to do about it. Very disappointing
Purchased an elite pro headset and app can’t connect to audio hub even though my phone is already connected to it via Bluetooth. Now I can’t adjust any of my in game sound settings cause it’s all through the app
The app doesn’t work as it does not connect to the headphones I have the stealth 700 gen 2
When I first got my Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 headphones I got this app on both my iPad and my iPhone neither would recognise my headphones. How I fixed it: I started playing Overwatch and Mid-Game I opened the app on my iPhone and it recognised my headset. Try this it might work for you too.
Bought brand new and have been working perfectly up until this week when the app stopped connecting to my headset? Bluetooth still connects from my phone to the headset but no longer connects to the app, sounds were perfect and superhuman hearing worked a treat. But now after multiple troubleshoots like deleting and re-downloading the app, connecting and disconnecting the device and unplugging every port multiple times I’m still having no luck connecting to the app.
