after last update, my games not opened. please fix

The game doesn’t work anymore, I get the message that a required download to launch the game has failed. It asks me to check the internet connection, which works just fine, or to restart the game - which I tried doing and ended up getting the same error.

Hello! I recently ( 5 minutes ago) bought 2000 coins from the game. The purchase was successful yet I didn’t get the money. How do I proceed?

The game is installed on an iPad with iOS version 12.5 (old model, it doesn’t support iOS 13). Since the update I can’t play anymore’ it’s frustrating !
